Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Q: How many months do I have to buy and can I cancel at any time?

A:  The first two weeks are fifty cents.  After that you will automatically be charged every month.  You may cancel at any time, no questions asked!

2.  Q:  Do I need special equipement to participate in these training programs?

A:  It is recomended that you have access to a weight room.  Tim and I will be able to help you find substitutions for some exercises as necessary.  But these programs were designed with access to a weight room in mind.

3.  Q:  How many days per week are covered by these programs?

A:  This training includes strength AND conditioning.  Three weight room sessions and two to three conditioning, speed work, or other types of sessions will be inculded in the program.  (What types of sessions you'll have outside the weight room depend on the training phse we're in).  Suggestions will be given on how to make the most of your training sessions depending on how many hours per week you plan to train.

4.  Q:  Is there a team membership option?

A:  Sort of.  There is a group rate available.  $60 per 10 people per month.  Contact Melissa for more info.

5.  Q:  Why is the website only open for new members for 48 hours at a time on specific dates?

A:  This may change in the future.  For now I want to maintain a bit of control and predictability over the number of members.  I also do not want players signing up three weeks before the season starts hoping for a quick fix to get in shape.  The Ultimate Athlete Project is for those ready to think about thier training as a long term process.
