What's Inside The Ultimate Athlete Project?

Inside The Ultimate Athlete Project you will find training programs, video demos to show you how to do the exercise listed, coaching support via forums, and other athletes to with whom to share your training experience.  Below you will see examples of various parts of the site that will help you be successful with our training programs.

 
 
1.  Here is a snippet of the lower body training log:
The workouts are presented as downloadable training logs for you to take to the gym.
 
 
 
 
Yes, seeing the programs will be confusing at first. There are plenty of ways to ask questions and videos that explain the terminology above.

3.  Here is how you will see each phase in the website: You can download all of the workouts and look at pages specific to each workout.
 
 
For example, on the "Legs Phase 1" page there will be video demos of each exercise and text hints and tips to ensure proper execution of exercises.
 
4.  Here is an example of a video demo with training tips:

  • Push through the heel of the front foot
  • hips should move straight up and down, not forward and backward
  • pause for two full seconds at the bottom
  • keep shoulders retracted (back) and the chest tall
 
5.  If you have questions about anything, you can ask in the forums.
As you can see, a lot of questions have already been asked!
 
 
6.  Finally, after you've done your training session, it's always fun to tell everybody about it!
 
 
 
There are also a few areas of the website I haven't shown you but above is mainly what you'll be using.
